Biography[]
The partner of William Stryker Sr. and the boss of Moira MacTaggert, McCone initially refused to believe in the Mutant race, think Charles Xavier to be a Russian spy. However, Raven Darkholme managed to convince him. Despite this, McCone refused to authorize Division X, though the Man in Black did the contrary. In the end, McCone chose against the mutants.
